Annual General Meeting 2026

 

Preliminary notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Queanbeyan and District Basketball Stadium will be held at 4pm on Sunday, 6 December 2026. The meeting will ,take place at the Queanbeyan Basketball Stadium, 2 Southbar Road, Karabar NSW.

 

This notice constitutes the call for:

1. elected Director nominations; and

2. notices of motion to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting, and

3. nominations for Life Membership

 

There are two (2) three-year and one (1) two-year elected Director positions to be filled at this Annual General Meeting.
